OUR STORY

How we started

Daniel and Isabel have similar backgrounds. Both were born in the US, but were taken back to the motherland during their childhood. 

In 2013, while visiting the Oregon Coast, Daniel and Isabel reminisced having Churros as kids. "Wouldn't it be great if there was a Churro Stand here, right now?" They looked at each other and had that (lightbulb turning-on moment).

Churros Locos was born!

Since then, Daniel and Isabel have taken Churros Locos International. They were invited to the World Street Food Congress in Singapore. It was such a hit, they were invited again the following year to Manila, Philippines. There, they represented Portland, Oregon and the United States as a featured mobile dessert vendor.​

They have catered over 500 weddings all over Oregon, Washington, California and even took Churros to Harvard University.
